Refund Policy

While there are No Take Backs on a few items in our marketplace we do offer full 100% refunds for those other things when or if there was ever a situation. And because of items in our marketplace are all available for cash back orders that have already shipped out must mature for 5 business days from the time the order has shipped before a refund can be requested and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Policy

Because we only sell to the United States our Shipping Policy only applies to Continental U.S.A.

We incur a 24 to 48 hour processing time on all orders that do not include weekend days and once your order is shipped, delivery can take 6-8 business days. In some cases, you purchase things that qualify for Free Shipping but your order also contains other ineligible items, you will be charged for shipping on the items that are not eligible for free shipping.

Canceling things, combining things, or changing the shipping address, speed, or preference might affect the order’s eligibility for Free Shipping, just a heads up! We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time. Free Shipping only applies to purchases with discount code supplied at checkout and will not be applied to prior purchases or returns.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Salon IDM or its partners are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Salon IDM will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.  Some orders may require a signature at delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We welcome you to cancel or return your order if you change your mind or find another item in the marketplace. We can’t do exchanges so you will have to simply ship it back and get a refund or store credit. We ask that you do this in a timely manner after you have placed your order so that it’s easier for everyone. We can’t control how the banks’ process payments so you have 1 day to take action and cancel your order before submitting for a refund or store credit. Please make sure you take a look at our refund policy. Some items in our marketplace have a No Take Back policy.

And because of items in our marketplace are all available for cash back the sooner you get in touch with someone to cancel your order. The sooner we can get it taken care of for you.

Remember, if you wait to late then there is a whole shipping back process but we still got you because  Shipping back is free and we will send you the label 🙂

 

 

No Take Back Policy

No Take Backs means we can’t accept the item back due to health risk or the price of the product so ALL SALES FINAL will apply here. This can apply to any item on our marketplace at any given time by any seller.
